Jennifer Agosta, MD, is a licensed and boarded internist with a
focus on body-mind medicine. Also trained and certified in
hypnotherapy, she uses voice-guided healing sessions for personal
growth and transformation, opening the domains of intuition,
traditional body-mind wisdom, and inner knowing.

Always client-centered and client-directed, sessions can address a
wide number of concerns, including chronic physical challenges,
depression, anxiety, and trauma-related issues, and outgrown
patterns. Clients move into a state of deep awareness that can clarify
and resolve conflicts, identify and replace core beliefs that no longer
serve, and heal old wounds. The work uncovers root causes and
dissolves blocks, so that purpose unfolds freely. Sessions produce a
deep calm that benefits the immune system, reinforcing the healing
state. The journey allows us to enter the inner realms as both refuge
and a space for dreams.

Jennifer Agosta, MD has practiced in Silver City, NM as a primary
care physician, body-mind practitioner, and hospice medical director.
She currently works with the internal medicine residency program at
Mountain View Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces. She is also a

Mariposa Counseling Center, LLC. Catherine Warnock at Mariposa Counseling Center is a Licensed Professional Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of NM and the equivalent in CO.  She started her counseling career in CO as a graduate of UC Denver Masters program.  Prior, Catherine had a successful career as a forensic DNA analyst with a strong scientific background; however, her desire to work more deeply with people led her to seek a rewarding career in helping people find ways to better their lives and relationships.

Catherine is a trauma-informed counselor who focuses on the neuroscience of mental/emotional trauma which leads to depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger, guilt/shame, phobias and unresolved grief.  Understanding how the brain changes as a result of trauma, has allowed Catherine to develop a treatment (Emotional Triggers Treatment) that will help the brain heal and create new pathways in the brain such that one does not have to keep reliving the feelings associated with disturbing memories.  When an individual over-reacts to a situation, it is because unresolved trauma is being activated and interfering with the present.

Emotional Triggers Treatment (ETT) was developed by Catherine to help clients free themselves of those intense emotional reactions that often times are surprising and not understood.  Emotional Triggers Treatment enables an individual to access old memories and disturbing information without having to relive the feelings or experience the anxiety, depression, anger or guilt/shame that results from it.  Based on the data collected, ETT has a 90% success rate.  Emotional Triggers Treatment requires 2-4 sessions and accomplishes clearing (and non-reactivity) without medication.  For more information, please visit , email , or call 575-201-3334.

Did you know...

More than 1 million people in the United States are living with HIV, and 1 in 8 of them don't know it?
Pre-exposure prophylaxis, or PrEP, is a way for people who do not have HIV but who are at substantial risk of getting it to prevent HIV infection by taking a pill every day. The pill (brand name Truvada) contains two medicines (tenofovir and emtricitabine) that are used in combination with other medicines to treat HIV.

"In the end what matters most is: how well did you live, how well did you love, how well did you learn to let go?" - the  Dalai Lama

Turmeric (Curcuma longa) is a culinary spice that spans cultures - it is a major ingredient in Indian curries, and is what makes American mustard yellow. Evidence is accumulating that this brightly colored relative of ginger is a promising disease-preventive agent as well, outperforming many pharmaceuticals in its effects against chronic, debilitating diseases such as Alzheimer's, arthritis, cancer and even possibly depression - all with virtually no adverse side effects.

Turmeric Tea

  1. Bring four cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add one teaspoon of ground turmeric and reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain the tea through a fine sieve into a cup. Add honey and/or lemon to taste.

I pledge to speak out against the shaming of women who have had an abortion.

I will help build a culture of empathy, justice, and support for access to abortion care and for the 1 in 3 women who will have an abortion in her lifetime.

The silence and stigma end here.
